Key Responsibilities:

  1. List and sell residential real estate properties using live-connection leads.
  2. Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers.
  3. Conduct market analysis to determine property value for high-intent consumers.
  4. Educate clients on fundamental real estate procedures and market trends.
  5. Commit to client success and maintain top-tier service ratings.

Requirements:

  1. Active Real Estate License (Required): All candidates must possess an active DRE license prior to joining.
  2. Full-time dedication to the real estate profession.
  3. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  4. Proficiency with modern technology and CRM systems.


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $250,000.00+ per year (Commission-based)
