Oracle EPM Consultant

Location: Lake Forest, IL

\n

Schedule: On-site Tuesday–Thursday; Remote Monday & Friday

\n

Duration: 6+ Months (potential for contract-to-hire if that is of interest)

\n

\n

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EPM Consultant to support Finance technology initiatives, including Oracle EPM applications, FP&A, reporting, planning, and financial consolidation.

\n

\n

Responsibilities:

\n

\n
• Provide guidance on best practices and emerging technologies for Finance.

\n

• Design, implement, and support Oracle EPM applications, including FCCS, EPBCS, and EDM.

\n

• Lead solutions from design and configuration through testing, implementation, and hypercare.

\n

• Manage IT projects and deliverables, including timelines, budgets, and coordination with internal and external resources.

\n

• Support FP&A, financial planning, forecasting, consolidation, reporting, and analytics solutions.

\n

• Identify and implement AI capabilities within Oracle EPM to improve forecasting, planning, reporting, data validation, and decision support.

\n

• Develop and deploy new processes and system configurations.

\n

• Partner with Finance stakeholders across Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Investor Relations, and Internal Audit.

\n

• Support business process improvements and cross-functional Finance technology initiatives.

\n

• Partner with Cybersecurity to address technology and vendor-related risks.

\n

• Provide Finance workstream support for an ongoing SAP S/4HANA migration.

\n

\n

\n

Qualifications:

\n

\n
• BA/BS degree in Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.

\n

• 6+ years of experience implementing and/or supporting Oracle EPM applications.

\n

• Strong experience with Oracle FCCS, EPBCS, and EDM.

\n

• Experience leading business analytics and reporting solution delivery.

\n

• CPG or Manufacturing experience.

\n

• Experience across the IT project lifecycle, including design, configuration, testing, master data management, and post-go-live support.

\n

• Strong project management experience working with cross-functional teams.

\n

Nice to Have:

• SAP S/4HANA FICO experience.

\n

• Experience working with AI-enabled Finance solutions.
