Experience of the Right Candidate:

- 2+ years of project coordination experience or a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience supporting complex IT or enterprise projects.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Jira, SharePoint, Smartsheet, or similar tools.
- Experience tracking budgets, forecasts, purchase orders, invoices, and project financials.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.

Responsibilities of the Right Candidate:

- Coordinate project plans, schedules, milestones, and cross-functional activities.
- Track project progress, risks, issues, action items, and dependencies.
- Prepare status reports, meeting documentation, dashboards, and executive updates.
- Monitor project budgets, forecasts, purchase orders, invoices, and financial reporting.
- Coordinate with business, technical, finance, procurement, and vendor teams to keep projects on track.
- Maintain project documentation, governance artifacts, and support project reviews and process improvements.
