Job DescriptionEpic Wisdom Analyst
We are seeking a skilled Epic Wisdom Analystto support our Dental and Oral Health applications. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Epic WISDOM build, configuration, and optimization, with a strong understanding of clinical workflows and integration with other Epic modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, build, and maintain the Epic WISDOM module to support dental operations and workflows.
- Partner with dentists, hygienists, and clinical staff to gather requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.
- Perform system testing, validation, and troubleshooting for upgrades, patches, and new implementations.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and workflows that improve efficiency and patient experience.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies for patient data security.
- Collaborate with other Epic teams (Cadence, Resolute, MyChart, etc.) to support integration and cross-module workflows.
- Provide go-live and post-go-live support, including training and end-user assistance.
- Document workflows, build changes, and maintain system-related knowledge base.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as an Epic Analyst, with at least 12 years specializing in Epic WISDOM.
- Epic WISDOM Certification (required).
- Strong understanding of dental/oral health workflows.
- Experience with clinical documentation, scheduling, and billing workflows in Epic.
- Ability to perform system testing, troubleshoot issues, and deliver end-user support.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
