Compensation:
$70,000 - $120,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring each interaction is personalized and memorable.
- Leverage our extensive lead generation system to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Showcase luxury properties with confidence, highlighting unique features that align with client needs.
- Collaborate with our media team to enhance your personal brand and expand your market presence.
- Negotiate and close deals with integrity, always prioritizing client satisfaction and long-term relationships.
- Stay informed on market trends and local real estate developments to provide clients with expert guidance.
- Participate in ongoing training and mentorship programs to continuously improve your skills and knowledge base.
Qualifications:
- Active real estate license in the state of Florida.
- Experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and social media platforms to enhance property visibility.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively advocate for clients' needs.
- Knowledge of the Ocala real estate market and current industry trends.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a media team to create compelling marketing materials for listings and personal branding purposes.
