Position Summary
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Facilities Cleaner to help keep Tom's Watch Bar clean, safe, and
guest-ready every day. This position focuses on daily cleaning throughout the restaurant, along with
scheduled light deep-cleaning projects each week.
Key Responsibilities
• Clean and sanitize guest and employee restrooms daily
• Sweep, mop, and maintain floors throughout the restaurant
• Clean interior and exterior windows, glass doors, and high-touch surfaces
• Clean and maintain the patio, entrances, and walkways
• Empty trash and recycling and keep disposal areas clean and organized
• Complete scheduled light deep-cleaning projects on a weekly basis
• Follow proper chemical, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
• Report maintenance, damage, or safety concerns to management promptly
• Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready environment throughout each shift
What We Are Looking For
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean facility
• Prior commercial, restaurant, or janitorial cleaning experience preferred, but not required
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, reaching, and performing repetitive cleaning tasks
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40-50 pounds as needed
• Availability may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business need
