What you will do

  • Collect, organize, and integrate data from safety, audit, inspection, and training programs
  • Build dashboards and reports that track hazards, audits, inspections, corrective actions, and training compliance
  • Develop clear visualizations for leadership and operational teams
  • Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
  • Support root cause analysis and performance monitoring
  • Track corrective actions, KPIs, and compliance metrics
  • Prepare reports and data packages for audits and regulatory reviews
  • Maintain accurate, structured, and audit-ready datasets
  • Document data sources, methodologies, and assumptions
  • Partner with safety, operations, maintenance, and compliance teams to validate and communicate data

What you bring

  • 5 plus years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence
  • Experience building dashboards and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel
  • Experience supporting safety, compliance, operations, or performance reporting programs preferred
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data storytelling skills
  • Experience working with structured datasets, logs, and tracking systems
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
  • Familiarity with safety management systems or regulated environments is a plus


Nice to have

  • Experience in transit, transportation, infrastructure, or public sector environments
  • Experience integrating data from multiple systems into unified reporting platforms
  • Experience supporting audits or compliance reporting
  • Certifications in data analytics, business intelligence, or safety disciplines

Compensation

$40.87 $55.29 Hourly, depending on experience, certifications, and qualifications
