Systems Integration and Test Engineer to lead the verification and validation of the advanced Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) and Satellite Based Augmentation System (SBAS) solutions. T

Responsibilities

- \n
- Software Integration and Test Support – Develop and execute system design, cybersecurity requirements, and implementation plans for GNSS/SBAS hardware and software.
- Planning, system level integration and test procedure/script development, problem identification/isolation, resolution planning/prioritization/tracking, likely some significant analysis of collected data to support requirements verification, etc.
- Cross Disciplinary Coordination – Work closely with software, hardware, RF, electrical, and mission operations teams to resolve integration issues.
- Mentorship & Expertise – Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and serve as a subject matter expert on GNSS/SBAS technologies.
- Stakeholder Interaction – Communicate status, risks, and technical findings to customers, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Qualifications / Desired Skills
\n
- \n
- Expert Level GNSS/PNT or SBAS Domain experience.
- Terrestrial and satellite networking experience
- Experience with Safety of Life Processes
- Requirements verification and Test planning (V&V), test procedure development and execution in front of customer witnesses.
- Travel to Australia and New Zealand sites. 25%
- Cyber security knowledge – Design for security, hardening, etc
- Able to communicate in written and verbal form in a virtual, global team

Strong on Documentation such as subsystem network design documents, test plans, maintenance procedures, etc.

- Assurance Standards Application – Apply SAE ARP4754A, SAE ARP4761, RTCA DO 178C, DO 278A, and/or DO 254 as appropriate to ensure safety, reliability, and airworthiness.
- Risk & Safety Analysis – Conduct hazard assessments, FMEA, and other safety analyses; mitigate technical and program risks.
