ERP Project Manager (Acumatica)

A growing consulting firm is looking for an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementations of cloud ERP solutions, with a focus on Acumatica. This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment where you’ll have real ownership and impact across multiple projects.

What You’ll Do

\n

\n
• Own full lifecycle project delivery for ERP implementations — from kickoff through go-live and transition to support

\n

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communication, expectations, and escalations

\n

• Build and manage detailed project plans, milestones, and resource schedules across cross-functional teams

\n

• Lead discovery sessions and requirements gathering to define clear, actionable project scope

\n

• Monitor project health across timeline, budget, and scope — proactively identifying and mitigating risks

\n

• Coordinate internal teams across consulting, configuration, development, data migration, and training

\n

• Drive go-live readiness including UAT, training coordination, cutover planning, and post-launch stabilization

\n

• Maintain thorough project documentation (status reports, risk logs, change requests, etc.)

\n

• Contribute to improving internal delivery processes as the practice scales

\n

What We’re Looking For

\n

Required:

\n

\n
• 3+ years of project management experience, ideally within ERP or enterprise software delivery

\n

• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects effectively

\n

• Strong client-facing communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts

\n

• Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and building structure where needed

\n

• Experience leading cross-functional teams and aligning diverse stakeholders

\n

\n

Nice to Have:

\n

• Experience with cloud ERP platforms (e.g., Acumatica, NetSuite, Dynamics 365)

\n

• Background in accounting, finance, or working closely with finance teams

\n

• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Rocketlane, Asana, Monday.com)

\n

• PMP or similar certification

\n

• Previous experience in a consulting or VAR environment

\n
