Launch 513 is seeking an ambitious Entry-Level Sales Project Manager to join our growing telecommunications team in Cincinnati, OH. This opportunity is designed for individuals who want to build experience from the ground up—starting with customer acquisition and telecom sales before progressing into project leadership, team development, and operations.

No previous telecom or management experience is required. We provide hands-on training, coaching, and development throughout each stage of the role.

What You'll Learn

You’ll begin by developing a strong understanding of our telecom campaigns, customers, and sales process. As you demonstrate consistency and leadership ability, your responsibilities will expand into:

- Face-to-face telecom sales and customer acquisition
- Representing telecommunications services and promotions
- Understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions
- Supporting customer enrollment and account activation
- Tracking individual and campaign performance
