Job DescriptionWe are looking for an HRIS Coordinator to support a short-term contract assignment in Chattanooga, Tennessee within a healthcare-focused environment. This role will focus on evaluating a large volume of job descriptions, refining content for clarity and consistency, and preparing records for accurate entry into Workday. The ideal candidate brings hands-on HRIS experience, strong written communication skills, and the ability to manage detailed work efficiently within a 30-day project timeline.
Responsibilities:
• Review approximately 1,800 job descriptions to assess required qualifications, formatting, and content accuracy.
• Rewrite and enhance position summaries and qualification details so they are clear, thorough, and aligned with organizational standards.
• Standardize job documentation to create consistent structure, language, and presentation across all records.
• Prepare finalized job description content for upload and maintenance within the Workday HRIS environment.
• Use AI-supported tools thoughtfully to improve wording while preserving role-specific requirements and intent.
• Verify that minimum qualifications are accurately reflected and consistently represented in each posting.
• Coordinate project tasks to meet established deadlines for a time-sensitive 30-day assignment.
• Support HRIS-related implementation efforts by ensuring job data is organized and ready for system entry.• At least 2 years of experience working with HRIS platforms or closely related HR systems.
• Prior experience supporting HRIS implementation activities or maintaining data within an HR technology environment.
• Demonstrated ability to rewrite and reformat job descriptions with strong attention to detail and language quality.
• Working knowledge of Workday HRIS and its use in managing position or job-related information.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to present requirements clearly and consistently.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume, detail-oriented work while maintaining accuracy and deadlines.
• Experience using judgment to review minimum qualifications and identify needed content improvements.
