IT Systems & Project Manager, own the technology of a modern manufacturing site, and shape where it goes next.

You'll be the go-to technology owner for the site, with a direct line to the VP of Finance & IT, the backing of a global IT team, and real influence across Finance, Operations, and Quality. Expect variety: resolving a shop-floor issue one day, leading an ERP upgrade or security initiative the next.

- Keep the site secure and running: administer servers, networks, endpoints, Active Directory/Entra, and Microsoft 365, plus security controls, backups, and disaster recovery
- Own business systems: support and improve the cloud ERP and MES, and monitor integrations with Power BI and the data warehouse
- Support users: provide responsive help, fix root causes, manage vendors, and train teams through change
- Lead projects: run cross-functional upgrades, integrations, and security initiatives from intake through go-live

What You Bring
\n
- \n
- Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in systems administration, business applications, or manufacturing technology
- Hands-on cloud ERP and MES experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra, networking, virtualization, databases, and security
- Proven project management skills (PMP, CAPM, or Agile a plus)
- Nice to have: Power BI and SQL
