<li>Perform light maintenance and cleaning</li>
<li>Restock several areas as needed</li>
<li>Assist with room setups and takedowns</li>
<li>Disperse supplies as needed</li>
<li>Ensure the building and grounds are free of hazzards</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in property maintanence</li>
<li>Familiarity with cleaning chemicals</li>
<li>Ability to life 40 pounds</li>
<li>Ability to multitask and prioritize</li>
<li>Able to work weekends and occasional nights</li>
<li>Outgoing and able to engage with our guests</li>
<li>Have reliable transportation</li>
