Job Description

We’re looking for a skilled IT Technician with hands-on experience in Ubiquiti UniFi and UISP, strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, and a solid background in helpdesk support. The ideal candidate is dependable, customer-focused, and comfortable troubleshooting networks, devices, and cloud services in an MSP environment.

Requirements:

Experience with UniFi / UISP deployments
Microsoft 365 user and tenant administration
Helpdesk and end-user support
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
