Our client, a highly regarded regional law firm in Raleigh, is seeking a sophisticated Commercial Real Estate Associate Attorney with 3–5 years of experience to join its premier practice.
This role offers immediate client-facing autonomy and a clear track to partnership, handling high-value commercial transactions from initial structuring through closing.
Core Responsibilities:
- Structure, negotiate, and execute complex commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and development deals.
- Draft and negotiate retail, office, and industrial leases for regional landlords and national tenants.
- Represent institutional lenders and corporate borrowers in commercial loan and construction financing transactions.
- Direct title, survey, and zoning due diligence reviews to resolve underwriting risks.
- Counsel clients through municipal land use approvals, zoning variances, and joint venture entity formations.
