Job DescriptionCommercial Real Estate company is looking to hire Property Coordinator's to assist a property management team.
Role: On going contract role
Days: Monday through Friday
Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Qualifications:
•One year of property management experience
•One year of administrative experience
•Knowledge of MRI and/or Yardi is a plus
•Graduation from high school or GED equivalent
•Intermediate Excel, Word and Outlook computer skills
•Strong communication (verbal and written) skills
•Strong customer service orientation
Responsibilities:
•Supports the real estate management team in the day-to-day operations of managing a portfolio of retail properties
•Be the first in line to answer incoming phone calls.
•Demonstrate a professional, client-oriented and positive attitude about the company with coworkers, tenants, clients and the public.
•Contact may by phone, email or in person.
•Constantly strive for improvements in work process and results to better meet client's expectations.
•Issue work orders and maintain utility logs.
•Collect gross sales information and maintain a database.
•Maintain complete and accurate tenant and project files and handbooks, according to department systems, with an emphasis on documentation for future reference.
•Maintain tenant contact information including emergency contact information.
•Code invoices, track accounts receivables and generate aging reports.
•Process and track accounts payables and related liens.
•Coordinate collection and documentation of all revenues following lease obligations of tenants and the owner's policy on accounts receivable.
•Collect delinquent accounts promptly.
•Communicate with accounting department to ensure accuracy of rent roll and accounts receivable.
•Assist with managing insurance certificates from vendors and/or tenants.
•Assist with transitioning properties.
•Administrative support including typing correspondence, scanning, copying etc.
