Role Description The Real Estate Broker Associate at Access Real Estate Professionals Inc. is responsible for representing clients in the purchase, sale, and lease of residential and commercial properties. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting virtual and on-site property showings when needed, preparing and reviewing contracts, coordinating inspections, appraisals, and closings, and maintaining accurate transaction records. The role involves researching market trends, preparing comparative market analyses, advising clients on pricing and marketing strategies, and negotiating terms to protect client interests. The Broker Associate will collaborate with internal team members, use digital tools and platforms to manage listings and customer relationships, and ensure compliance with all applicable real estate regulations and brokerage policies. This is a remote role and may be structured as full-time or part-time based on business needs and candidate availability.

Qualifications

- Active Real Estate License and solid foundation in Real Estate and Real Property principles.
- Brokerage experience, including managing transactions, negotiating deals, and advising clients on real estate decisions.
- Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate, including leasing, investment properties, and commercial market analysis.
- Proficiency with online listing platforms, CRM systems, and digital communication tools for remote client engagement.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills, with a client-focused, ethical approach.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple transactions, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with local, state, and federal real estate regulations, contracts, and disclosure requirements.
- Reliable internet access and willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and training.
- Previous experience as a broker associate, agent, or similar role is highly beneficial.
