  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills

  • A dependable, service-oriented attitude and willingness to learn

  • Ability to work independently while knowing when to escalate technical issues

  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel between locations

  • Ability to meet applicable childcare clearance requirements

  • Previous IT support experience, technical education, or certifications are a plus, but extensive experience is not required

What You’ll Do

  • Support Windows, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and Android devices

  • Help troubleshoot basic networking issues involving Wi-Fi, Ethernet cabling, switches, and routers

  • Assist with cameras, access systems, inventory tracking, and IT documentation

  • Coordinate with vendors and support new academy openings, upgrades, and IT projects

  • Work closely with the Director of IT and escalate complex issues as needed

  • Provide friendly, patient, and reliable technical support to employees across locations
