Exciting Opportunity - Multi-Site Property Manager
Candidate Location Preference: Must be based in Ames, IA
CORY is hiring a Multi-Site Property Manager who is passionate about running properties like their own business, delivering an exceptional resident experience, and developing high-performing on-site teams.

Our client is a well-established multifamily property management organization with 25+ years of industry leadership and a strong commitment to investing in its people and communities.
Your Responsibilities as a Leader:

Own the financial performance of multiple properties, meeting occupancy, renewal, and NOI goals while providing accurate, timely reporting to regional leadership.

Execute pricing and marketing strategies based on market trends and competitive positioning.

Conduct regular property and unit inspections, partnering with maintenance and vendors to ensure prompt, high-quality service and compliance.

Hire, train, and coach on-site teams, building a culture of accountability, empowerment, and recognition.

Identify operational efficiencies without sacrificing quality or resident experience.
The Skills & Experience You Possess:

2–5 years of student housing management experience, ideally overseeing 500+ beds or more

Multi-site experience preferred

Strong budgeting, financial analysis, and leasing experience

Data-driven, results-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
