Job Description
My client is a leading aircraft lessor seeking a VP Technical to join their Technical team in Miami. This role will be critical to overseeing aircraft transitions and supporting the business's commercial strategy.

Responsibilities

- Manage aircraft redeliveries and transitions, including budgeting, MRO oversight, and regulatory liaison
- Negotiate technical terms of LOIs and leases across new and used aircraft
- Oversee aircraft maintenance status, contractual compliance and technical risk across an assigned portfolio
- Interface with internal departments to enhance risk visibility on aircraft assets

Requirements
\n
- \n
- Significant experience within aircraft leasing, technical asset management or aviation engineering
- Strong understanding of aircraft transitions, lease returns and maintenance planning
- Commercially aware with experience supporting transaction execution and cross-functional stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, negotiate technical matters and build effective external relationships
