We're seeking a dependable, hands-on General Maintenance Technician to join a growing manufacturing team. - Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment and facility systems
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, minor electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment
- Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime
- Complete general building and facility maintenance
- Install, repair, and replace machine components as needed
- Maintain maintenance records and complete work orders
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Work closely with maintenance and production teams to ensure equipment reliability
Qualifications
- Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyors
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment
- Ability to read basic diagrams and equipment manuals
- Dependable with strong problem-solving skills
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in an industrial environment
Preferred Experience
- Industrial maintenance experience
- Welding and fabrication skills are a plus
- PLC troubleshooting experience is beneficial but not required
- Forklift or aerial lift experience is a plus
