Role Overview

- We are seeking an experienced Exabeam Platform Engineer with 7+ years of experience to support a customer's ongoing Exabeam engineering and operations activities.
- The candidate will work closely with the customer's internal security team and will be responsible for hands-on Exabeam platform engineering, administration, content management, and day-to-day operations.
- The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with the Exabeam platform, including use-case and content tuning, correlation rule and model management, log source onboarding, platform health and performance monitoring, and platform administration.

Key Responsibilities
\n

- Provide hands-on Exabeam platform engineering and operational support.
- Perform use-case and security content tuning within the Exabeam platform.
- Manage and maintain correlation rules, models, and detection content.
- Perform log source onboarding, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Monitor Exabeam platform health, performance, and availability.
- Perform day-to-day Exabeam platform administration and operations.
- Troubleshoot platform, integration, and data ingestion issues.
- Work closely with the customer's internal security team to support ongoing security operations and engineering requirements.
- Support platform optimization, maintenance, and continuous improvement activities.
- Provide operational support during migration, cutover, and parallel-run activities, as required.

Required Skills & Experience
\n

- 7+ years of overall IT/Security experience with strong hands-on experience in Exabeam.
- Strong hands-on experience with Exabeam platform engineering and operations.
- Experience with Exabeam use-case and content tuning.
- Experience managing correlation rules and models.
- Hands-on experience with log source onboarding and integration.
- Experience with Exabeam platform health and performance monitoring.
- Strong experience in day-to-day Exabeam platform administration.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively with a US-based customer security team and demonstrate strong cultural and communication alignment.

Good to Have

- Working knowledge of LogRhythm.
- Experience translating existing LogRhythm use cases/content into Exabeam.
- Experience supporting SIEM migration, cutover, and parallel-run activities.

Training & Certification Requirements
\n
- \n
- Exabeam Academy Platform Administrator training and/or
- Accredited Exabeam SIEM/Fusion Deployment Engineer accreditation.
- Certification/accreditation must be completed or in progress.
