Job Description Summit Human Capital is seeking a highly motivated Support Engineer to support our client in the cybersecurity industry with a fast-growing, innovative company culture. This position has the exciting opportunity to support the development of a new support practice, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving continuous improvement in network security solutions. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of experience in network, security, or SaaS technical support
- Strong skills in Active Directory, Group Policy, Windows, Linux, and scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python
- Demonstrated success in a technical support role, ideally within the cybersecurity sector
- Exceptional analytical and communication abilities
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to a dynamic environment
- Solid understanding of network security concepts, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Dedication to innovation, integrity, and high performance

Responsibilities:

The base pay range for this position is $125,000 $150,000, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
