Certified Apartment Staffing is looking for an experienced Bilingual Leasing Consultant who thrives in a fast-paced multifamily environment! If you have a passion for leasing, closing sales, and delivering exceptional customer service, we want to connect with you.

What You'll Do

Tour prospective residents and close leases
Build relationships with prospects and current residents
Manage phone calls, emails, and follow up on leads
Process applications, lease agreements, and renewals
Maintain resident files and ensure Fair Housing compliance
Assist with resident events, marketing, and occupancy goals
Support the office team with daily administrative tasks

What We're Looking For

✅ Bilingual (English & Spanish) REQUIRED
✅ 1+ year of apartment leasing experience
✅ Proven sales and customer service skills
✅ Experience with Yardi, Entrata, OneSite, ResMan, RealPage, or other property management software
✅ Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
✅ Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
✅ Reliable transportation and professional appearance
