Our clients depend on us to have the right person in the right place every day, and we are looking for employees who take that responsibility seriously.

  • Strong situational awareness and attention to detail
  • Ability to confidently provide verbal direction and establish professional boundaries
  • Ability to work independently without constant supervision
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform the physical requirements of the position
  • Dependable transportation and consistent ability to report to work on time
  • Reliable mobile phone
  • Ability to work assigned weekends and holidays when necessary

Reliability and Attendance

Dependability is one of the most important requirements of this position.

Our clients rely on Savage Operations to provide consistent security coverage, and every scheduled officer is an important part of that responsibility.

Applicants should have a strong attendance history, dependable transportation, good communication habits, and the ability to consistently arrive on time and ready to work.

Frequent call-outs, tardiness, poor communication, or unreliable attendance are not compatible with this position.

We are looking for employees who take ownership of their responsibilities, work well independently, communicate professionally, and understand that their actions represent both Savage Operations and our clients.

Advancement Opportunities

Savage Operations provides opportunities for employees who demonstrate exceptional reliability, professionalism, judgment, and performance.

High-performing Unarmed Security Officers may be considered for advancement into Armed Security Officer positions as company needs and openings become available.
