The Unarmed Security Guard will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment within a commercial building during the day shift. This role involves working independently while regularly interacting with the public to ensure safety and security standards are upheld.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol commercial building premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or hazards
- Regularly interact with visitors and tenants, providing assistance and ensuring compliance with building policies
- Respond promptly to emergencies and incidents, following established protocols
- Observe and report any irregularities, suspicious activities, or safety concerns
- Maintain detailed and accurate incident reports and logs
- Uphold a professional and approachable demeanor to promote a secure environment
