Your Role:
- Engage with inbound leads and conduct meaningful consultations
- Schedule and conduct property showings, and manage buyer and seller appointments
- Draft and manage purchase agreements, listings, and offers
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date CRM and client pipeline
- Participate in weekly training sessions and ongoing professional development
Ideal Candidate:
- Holds an active California real estate license
- Available full-time with a commitment to consistent follow-up
- Exhibits strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Possesses a team-oriented mindset and a desire for continuous improvement
- Experience in sales or customer-facing roles is advantageous, but not mandatory
