A Day in the Life

  • Start your 7am–7pm shift by reviewing work orders and PMs in Maintenance Connection, prioritizing what keeps the floor moving.
  • Walk the line: inspect automation cells, listen for anomalies, and tackle preventive maintenance to head off unplanned stops.
  • When a process hiccups, you dive in—mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, or hydraulic—isolating faults with PLCs, VFDs, and servo diagnostics.
  • Use our computer-based parts system to identify, request, and document the right spares—keeping inventory accurate and downtime short.
  • Partner with production and fellow techs, share best practices, and help train teammates when needed.
  • Work safely, every time: PPE on, procedures followed, area left clean, organized, and audit-ready.

What You’ll Tackle

  • End-to-end maintenance: setup, repair, and PM on automation and production equipment.
  • Root-cause troubleshooting for processing issues impacting quality or throughput.
  • Daily execution of CMMS activities in Maintenance Connection.
  • Support for utilities and facilities equipment as needed.
  • Mentor others; deliver quality work within time standards and policy guidelines.

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of industrial maintenance technician experience; plastics manufacturing preferred.
  • Proficiency across mechanical and electrical maintenance; strong with PLCs, VFDs, and servo systems.
  • Comfort with pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting.
  • Own, maintain, and safely use your personal tool set.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
  • Professionalism and teamwork with outstanding communication, planning, judgment, initiative, and reliability.

Schedule, Pay & How to Apply

  • Schedule: 7am–7pm on a 2-2-3 rotation (be flexible as business needs change).
  • Compensation: Up to $39.88 per hour, paid weekly.
  • Text to apply: 928-668-6539 (928-NOVOLEX).

Safety & Standards

We expect consistent use of mandatory safety gear, strict adherence to safety rules, and a commitment to keeping your work area safe, clean, and tidy. You’ll follow all company policies and deliver quality results within established time standards.
