- Experience: 8+ years in product certification, regulatory compliance, verification/validation, or test engineering.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Core Expertise: Strong hands-on background in UL product safety standards, pre-compliance testing, and technical report writing.
- Preferred Bonus Skills: Experience with UL 60730-1, NEC codes, FCC/IC/CE requirements, test fixture/jig development, and US-based manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities

- \n
- Lead Certification & Compliance: Drive product certification strategies, perform gap analysis, and manage end-to-end compliance for electrical/electronic systems.
- Lab & Agency Coordination: Own relationships with external certification and testing laboratories (UL/CSA) and support formal testing.
- Test Engineering & Strategy: Develop test plans, execute environmental/reliability testing, and support End-of-Line (EOL) electrical testing and production test setups.
- Root-Cause Troubleshooting: Investigate test failures, debug PCBA and system-level issues, and collaborate closely with Hardware, Embedded, Mechanical, and Quality teams.
