Pay: $17.00 per hour (Weekly Pay)

Location: Downtown Grand Rapids, MI

Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 7:00 PM–3:00 AM, with occasional weekend work as needed

Hiring Timeline: Typically 2 days

Start Date: Begin working as soon as clearance and onboarding requirements are completed

United Commercial Services has been providing professional cleaning services throughout Michigan for more than 20 years. We're hiring a dependable Overnight Cleaning Technician to join our team in Downtown Grand Rapids. What You'll Do

• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors

• Operate floor scrubbers and other cleaning equipment

• Detail-clean surfaces using appropriate tools and cleaning chemicals

• Clean and maintain restrooms

• Empty trash and replace liners

• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment

• Report supply needs and equipment concerns

• Complete assigned tasks efficiently and independently

What We're Looking For

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Authorized to work in the United States

• Reliable transportation to and from work

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and safely operate cleaning equipment

• Strong time management skills and ability to work independently

• Dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous commercial cleaning or janitorial experience

• Experience using cleaning equipment and cleaning chemicals safely
