About the Role
Property Sellwise is seeking a driven, competitive, and relationship-focused Sales Rep to join our team.
The main focus of this role is simple: sell our assignment contracts, sell our flips, and sell our wholetail properties.
Your job at Property Sellwise is to help turn each property opportunity into a successful sale. For assignment contracts, you will pitch the deal to qualified cash buyers and investors, create demand, negotiate offers, and help get the assignment closed. For flip and wholetail properties, you will help list, market, promote, and sell the property through the appropriate sales channels, including MLS, buyer outreach, agent relationships, email blasts, social media, phone calls, and direct follow-up.
Your priority responsibility will be to build, develop, and maintain a strong buyer list made up of cash buyers, investors, agents, and end-buyers. These are the relationships you will use to sell the properties we get under contract, renovate, or prepare for resale.
During downtime, and in addition to developing buyer relationships, you will also be expected to find, cultivate, and maintain relationships with real estate agents who may bring Property Sellwise off-market property opportunities.
This is a high-impact position for someone who loves sales, real estate, follow-up, negotiation, relationship-building, and social media brand awareness. The right person will help Property Sellwise move properties quickly, professionally, and profitably.
This role includes a stable base salary with significant earning potential through performance-based commissions.

Key Responsibilities
- Build, grow, and maintain an active buyer list of qualified cash buyers, investors, agents, and end-buyers
- Pitch newly contracted properties to buyers and help create urgency, demand, and strong offers
- Market assignment contracts, wholetail properties, and flip listings through email blasts, calls, texts, MLS, social media, and direct outreach
- List and help manage the sale of completed fix-and-flip properties
- Coordinate listing preparation, pricing strategy, photos, MLS information, showings, offers, and buyer/agent communication
- Negotiate and execute assignment contracts, purchase agreements, listing agreements, and sale terms in a professional and timely manner
- Coordinate with acquisitions, title companies, transaction coordination, listing agents, buyers, and internal team members to ensure smooth closings
- Track the sales pipeline and follow up consistently with buyers, agents, and internal stakeholders
- Maintain and update the CRM with buyer activity, deal status, communication notes, offers, follow-up tasks, and relationship history
- Provide market insight, buyer feedback, and pricing recommendations to the acquisitions team
- Find, cultivate, and maintain relationships with real estate agents who may bring Property Sellwise off-market property opportunities
- Stay engaged on social media by posting, sharing company activity, promoting properties, and helping build brand awareness for Property Sellwise
What Were Looking For
- Active Utah real estate license, or currently in the process of obtaining one
- Willingness and ability to hang your real estate license with Connect Fast Realty, LLC
- Prior experience in real estate sales, investment sales, dispositions, wholesaling, listing coordination, or relationship-based sales strongly preferred
- Proven ability to close deals and meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable making calls, following up, texting, emailing, posting on social media, and meeting with buyers or agents when needed
- Able to build and maintain relationships with buyers, investors, agents, and internal team members
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage a high-volume sales and relationship pipeline
- Familiarity with real estate contracts, assignment agreements, purchase agreements, MLS listings, listing agreements, and title processes preferred
- Experience with CRM software and real estate platforms such as PropStream, GoHighLevel, or similar tools preferred

Compensation and Earning Potential
This is an $80,000$120,000+ blended salary and commission career opportunity for someone who performs, follows up, builds relationships, and helps move deals to the finish line.
- Base salary of $40,000 annually
- Performance-based commissions:
- 2%3% of net profit on assignment deals
- 0.5% of the total sale price on flip sale listings
- 2%3% of net profit on assignment deals
- Training, systems, tools, and support are provided
This position is designed for someone who wants a stable base income with the ability to increase earnings based on performance, deal volume, relationship development, and results.
Additional Growth Opportunity
As trust, performance, loyalty, and alignment with our core values are demonstrated over time, there may be an opportunity to also work company-provided paid seller leads in addition to the primary Sales Rep responsibilities.
This is not guaranteed and would not replace the core focus of the role. It would be an additional opportunity for someone who has proven they can work hard, follow through, represent the company well, and consistently perform at a high level.
