Job Description
We’re looking for a hands-on IT Support Administrator to support device configuration, deployment, troubleshooting, and asset management. This position is ideal for someone with strong PC imaging experience who enjoys working across hardware, software, networking, and end-user support.
 
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Image laptops and desktops using PXE and USB</li>
<li>Configure computers and install third-party software</li>
<li>Configure VoIP phones and network hardware</li>
<li>Troubleshoot PC hardware, software, and LAN/network issues</li>
<li>Perform hardware testing, warranty repairs, and data backups</li>
<li>Handle basic Active Directory account and device administration</li>
<li>Manage IT assets, inventory, shipping, and receiving</li>
<li>Maintain technical procedures and configuration documentation</li>
<li>Support PC refresh and acquisition-related projects</li>
</ul>
Required Skills:
<ul>
<li>Strong PC imaging experience using PXE and USB</li>
<li>Windows 11 experience</li>
<li>Basic Active Directory and SCCM knowledge</li>
<li>Microsoft 365 and ServiceNow experience</li>
<li>Hardware/software troubleshooting skills</li>
<li>Strong organization, communication, and multitasking abilities</li>
<li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.</li>
