Role Overview

\n

We are looking for an experienced Generative AI Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in building and deploying LLM-powered applications, RAG systems, AI agents, and production-grade Generative AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

\n

    \n
  • Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI and LLM-powered applications.
  • \n

  • Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
  • \n

  • Develop AI agents, copilots, conversational AI, and intelligent search solutions.
  • \n

  • Integrate LLMs from providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or open-source model ecosystems.
  • \n

  • Implement prompt engineering, embeddings, vector search, and semantic retrieval.
  • \n

  • Evaluate LLM outputs for accuracy, relevance, hallucinations, and overall response quality.
  • \n

  • Optimize GenAI applications for performance, scalability, latency, and cost.
  • \n

Key Requirements

\n

    \n
  • 3–6 years of experience in AI/ML, Machine Learning Engineering, Data Science, or AI Engineering.
  • \n

  • Strong programming skills in Python.
  • \n

  • Hands-on experience building applications using LLMs and Generative AI.
  • \n

  • Strong understanding of RAG architecture, prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector search.
  • \n

  • Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, or similar.
  • \n

  • Experience working with LLM APIs and/or open-source models.
  • \n

  • Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, FAISS, Chroma, or similar.
  • \n

  • Understanding of NLP, Transformers, attention mechanisms, and Machine Learning fundamentals.
  • \n

  • Experience developing REST APIs and production AI services.
  • \n
