1st shift Maintenance Technician – Tile Redi
Description: The primary goal of the Maintenance Technician is to assist the Maintenance Lead maintain and repair the machinery and equipment used to manufacture product for our customers and provide building and facility maintenance. Tile Redi is seeking a technician based on the skills and experience of the best candidate. The Maintenance Technician will work alongside others to dismantle/install/repair new and existing equipment. This role is also responsible for performing scheduled preventative maintenance as required.

Requirements:
- General working knowledge of power tools/hand tools and basic mechanical principles
- At least 3-5 years of maintenance experience
- At least 3-5 years of manufacturing experience (preferred)
- Experience with, and the ability to troubleshoot/diagnose pumps, temperature controls, electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and press machines is required.
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- Posses the ability to diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical equipment issues.
- Industrial electrical troubleshooting experience required. (motor starting circuits, contactors, overloads, and experience with electrical multi-meters)
Specific Duties:
- Utilize MaintainX to complete scheduled Maintenance
- Electrical and Mechanical troubleshooting (120/240/480)
- Pump and motor maintenance
- Repair or replace damaged or worn components
- PLC Troubleshooting
- General facilities maintenance
- Basic forklift repair – brakes, fluids, etc.
- Assist in maintenance of the company vehicle
- Perform preventative maintenance and maintain appropriate oil levels in all equipment
- Observe manufacturing machinery to diagnose any malfunctions and determine needed repairs
- Assist with wiring electronic devices and/or electrical panels
- Schedule and maintain records of preventative maintenance on key machinery and equipment
- Repair or replace damaged or worn components
- Assist in the general upkeep of the facility
- Support appropriate safety measures
- Assist in maintenance of the company vehicle
- Perform other duties as assigned

Position Details:
- Full time, occasional weekends as required
- Pay: $36.00 - $39.00 per hour depending on experience level
