Job Description

We at Coforge are looking for an Infrastructure Specialist – Power Platform & Copilot Studio (Agentic AI)

Job Description:

We are seeking a senior, hands‑on infrastructure specialist to help stand up and operationalize Microsoft Copilot Studio and the Power Platform as an enterprise‑grade agentic AI platform.

  • Microsoft Power Platform administration (deep, hands‑on)
  • Designing and enforcing Power Platform DLP policies
  • Managing multiple Power Platform environments in regulated or enterprise settings
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Entra ID, security groups, and access models
  • Experience working across Security, Privacy, Legal, and Platform teams
  • Ability to operate independently with minimal hand‑holding

Job Responsibilities:

1. Power Platform Environment Architecture

You will design, provision, and enforce a multi‑environment Power Platform strategy to support enterprise Copilot Studio usage:

  • Sandbox / experimentation environments
  • Shared development environments
  • Test / validation environments
  • Production environments (Managed Environments only)
  • Environment isolation and routing
  • Entra ID security group–based access enforcement
  • Clear separation between build, test, and publish
  • Preventing ad‑hoc or personal environments from being used for enterprise agents

2. Data Loss Prevention (DLP) & Connector Control

You will own Power Platform DLP configuration and enforcement, in coordination with Security and AI Governance:

  • Classify connectors as Business / Non‑Business / Blocked
  • Define environment‑specific DLP policies
  • Prevent common data exfiltration paths (HTTP, consumer storage, personal email, etc.)
  • Establish a repeatable connector approval process
  • Support audit and compliance reviews

3. Copilot Studio Enablement & Capacity Management

You will be responsible for the infrastructure layers that make Copilot Studio usable at scale, including:

  • Provisioning Copilot Studio–enabled environments
  • Installing and configuring the Copilot Studio Kit
  • Assigning and managing message capacity (PAYG vs message packs)
  • Defining security roles for agent authors vs agent consumers
  • Ensuring Copilot Studio licensing and capacity are correctly scoped per environment

4. Agent Lifecycle & ALM Foundations

You will help establish the operational lifecycle for agents, including:

  • Promotion paths between environments
  • Approval gates for publishing and re‑publishing agents
  • Documentation and ownership expectations
  • Decommissioning and retirement procedures
  • Basic rollback and break‑glass patterns

5. Cost Visibility & Operational Hygiene

You will partner with platform and cloud teams to:

  • Prevent uncontrolled Copilot Studio / Power Automate cost growth
  • Ensure billing models are correctly applied at the environment level
  • Support usage attribution analysis where possible
  • Surface operational issues before leadership sees surprises

6. Enterprise Integrations & MCP Readiness (as needed)

Where agents require enterprise actions:

  • Support MCP‑based or custom connectors
  • Ensure connector design aligns with DLP and security posture
  • Prevent Copilot Studio from becoming a shadow integration layer
