A growing organization is seeking a Data Analytics Analyst to support Sales and Revenue Operations by transforming CRM and business data into actionable insights. This role is responsible for analyzing sales performance, building reporting solutions, and improving data quality to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze CRM and sales data to identify trends, growth opportunities, and performance insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports tracking key sales KPIs, forecasting, and pipeline health.
- Query, clean, validate, and reconcile data from CRM and other enterprise data sources.
- Create visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
- Support CRM data quality, reporting, and governance initiatives.
- Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to deliver actionable reporting and process improvements.
Qualifications
- 2–4+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Sales Analytics, or Sales Operations.
- Experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform.
- Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Preferred
- Python or other scripting experience.
- CRM administration or reporting experience.
- Knowledge of data governance or master data management.
- Experience supporting Sales or Revenue Operations teams.
- Familiarity with Agile environments.
