Job Description**CDR General Services** is seeking three skilled and flexible **Bilingual Maintenance Technicians** for full-time positions. In Baton Rouge, LA. The ideal candidates will have strong mechanical aptitude, hands-on industrial maintenance experience, and the ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex manufacturing equipment while supporting production operations and maintaining workplace safety.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on industrial mechanical systems, including gearboxes, servos, conveyors, and other complex equipment.
- Install, remove, and replace motors, gearboxes, and servos as needed.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues involving bearings, sprockets, and power transmission systems.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and troubleshoot electrical systems safely.
- Use multimeters and other diagnostic tools to identify equipment issues.
- Follow electrical safety procedures, including Arc Flash safety protocols.
- Work independently to identify problems and develop effective solutions using available tools, manuals, and team resources.
- Communicate effectively with other departments and maintenance personnel to support production needs.
- Maintain a safe and productive working environment.
- Adapt to changing operational needs, including transitioning to other shifts after completing training.
**Qualifications**
- Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience working on the production floor.
- Knowledge of mechanical systems, bearings, sprockets, gearboxes, and power transmission.
- Familiarity with electrical troubleshooting, schematic interpretation, multimeters, and Arc Flash safety.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new equipment and processes independently.
- Ability to explain previous technical work experience and provide examples of troubleshooting and repairs.
- Professional references who can verify relevant experience and work ethic.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different teams.
- Flexibility and availability to work alternative shifts as needed after completing training.
- Availability to work approximately 50 hours per week and weekends as needed.
