Cybersecurity Specialist
Training & Placement Program | Dallas, TX | Full-Time, W-2 Employment

The Cybersecurity Specialist Training Program is designed to prepare you for a customer-facing cybersecurity role (such as Sales Engineer, Security Engineer, or Technical Consultant) with one of our partner organizations. We welcome career changers who want to bring their client-facing experience into cybersecurity. You will be a full-time employee from day one, earning a salary and benefits while completing structured training and gaining real-world skills.
After completing the training program, you will be placed with a partner company and continue your career with ongoing mentorship, training, and advancement opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Participate in a structured cybersecurity and technical training program
- Learn cybersecurity fundamentals, networking, and security technologies
- Develop customer-facing skills such as presentations, product demos, and technical communication
- Work on hands-on labs, simulations, and real-world scenarios
- Collaborate with peers and mentors in an in-person environment
- Prepare for placement into a cybersecurity role with a partner organization
- Continue growing post-placement through ongoing mentorship, upskilling, and career support
What We're Looking For
- Motivated individuals, including career changers, who want to build a long-term career in cybersecurity and technology
- Previous experience in a client-facing role, such as sales, customer success, account management, consulting, customer service, or technical support
- Strong communication and presentation skills; enjoys working with people and explaining ideas clearly
- Quick learners with curiosity and problem-solving skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced learning environment
- Team player with strong collaboration skills
- Interest in business, customers, and technology
- Availability for full-time, in-person training in Dallas, TX
