Job Description

Pay: $32.00 - $38.00 per hour

Edge Industrial Staffing is hiring for Maintenance Technicians in the Indianapolis IN area.

Multiple shifts available

** $5000 Sign-on bonus available in certain locations!**

Position Overview:

We are seeking skilled and reliable Maintenance Technicians to join our team in the Indianapolis area. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical and electrical background with experience in maintaining and troubleshooting industrial equipment. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
• Diagnose and resolve issues with PLC-controlled systems
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience
• At least 1 year of experience working with Programmable logic controller (PLC) systems
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and overtime as needed
