Match residents with the perfect apartment—like a housing matchmaker
Keep leasing paperwork accurate, organized, and stress-free
Stay on top of pricing, availability, and market trends
Deliver top-tier customer service from first hello to move-in day
What Makes You Shine
Friendly, confident, and great at building instant connections
Strong communication skills—whether in person, on the phone, or via email
Sales-minded with a natural ability to close the deal
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask with ease
Positive attitude and team-player energy
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have, Not Required)
Bilingual abilities—helping more people feel at home is always a plus
Experience with Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) programs
Background in leasing, sales, or customer service
