We’re hiring a part-time Maintenance Technician for two St. George communities — Black Hills and Snow Canyon. Up to 25 hours a week, with benefits most part-time jobs don’t offer. What you’ll do
- Handle routine, preventative maintenance and repairs across both communities.
- Tackle a mix of plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC, and carpentry tasks.
- Keep grounds and walkways safe and looking their best year-round — including seasonal snow and ice.
- Get units move-in ready and help with inspections, move-ins, and move-outs.
- Spot small issues before they become big ones, and keep the Property Manager in the loop.
- Pitch in on occasional after-hours emergencies and general upkeep as needed.
What we’re looking for
- At least 1 year of hands-on maintenance experience and a high school diploma.
- A solid, general working knowledge of building systems — plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or carpentry.
- Your own basic tools for general maintenance work.
- A reliable personal vehicle and valid driver’s license to travel between properties.
- Comfort working outdoors in all seasons and lifting up to 75 lbs when the job calls for it.
- Flexibility for the occasional evening, weekend, or holiday need.
