Your typical workday runs 8–5 onsite in Oklahoma City. You’ll start by reviewing property status and open items, then shift into meetings and walkthroughs to confirm priorities are moving. Expect steady coordination—checking in with engineering leads, aligning timelines with contractors, and keeping vendors on track. Midday is often for decision points: approving next steps, balancing competing needs across the portfolio, and clearing roadblocks. You’ll also make time for direct conversations with team members and stakeholders to keep communication clean and issues contained. You end the day by confirming updates are documented and tomorrow’s priorities are set.
