Member Services & Facilities Coordinator
Job Description
Lean Rocket Lab is hiring a Member Services & Facilities Coordinator to keep our Jackson coworking space running and our community feeling at home.
\n
You're the face of Lean Rocket Lab. You keep our coworking space running, make members and guests feel welcome, and make sure every event we host goes off without a hitch. It's a hands-on role for someone who likes variety, stays organized, and genuinely enjoys people.
\n
What You'll Do
\n
Coworking Space
\n
- \n
- Give tours and welcome prospective members
- Manage member accounts, building access, and day-to-day member relations
- Keep the space clean, stocked, and well-maintained — coordinating vendors and supplies
- Plan and run member and community events
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
Administrative & Facilities Support
\n
A good share of this job is the quiet work that keeps everything else running — the kind of thing people only notice when it isn't done.
\n
- \n
- Keep the space tidy, presentable, and well stocked: supplies, coffee, kitchen and café areas, conference rooms reset and ready for the next group
- Track inventory, order supplies, and coordinate with vendors and building services
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Director of Entrepreneurial Services and the CEO — calendars and scheduling, meeting prep and follow-up, correspondence, expense and document tracking, and travel logistics
- Help prepare materials for meetings, programs, and partner and funder communications
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
Event Support
\n
- \n
- Set up and reset spaces for LRL-hosted events
- Coordinate scheduling, catering, and rentals
- Manage registration and day-of logistics
- Help promote events through graphics, email, and social
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
Front Desk & Communications
\n
- \n
- Serve as first point of contact in person, by phone, and over email and social
- Support marketing, content, and community communications
\n
\n
\n
Also Helpful
\n
- \n
- Café support and client support for partner organizations
\n
\n
A Note on Evenings
\n
Much of what makes the Lab special happens after 5 p.m. — meetups, pitch nights, workshops, and community gatherings. This role is a catalyst for that energy: showing up, opening the doors, setting the room, and helping the community feel at home. Expect a handful of evening events each month, with flexibility in your schedule to match.
\n
You Might Be a Fit If You
\n
- \n
- Are organized and can juggle several things at once without dropping any
- Communicate clearly and warmly with all kinds of people
- Take initiative — you notice what needs doing and do it
- Have experience in hospitality, office or facilities coordination, executive or administrative support, events, or customer service
- Are comfortable with basic marketing tools (Canva, email platforms, social media)
