Bilingual Leasing Consultant

Certified Apartment Staffing is seeking a motivated and personable Bilingual Leasing Consultant to join a residential community in the Dallas TX area. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in property management.
Position Requirements
- MUST be fluent in both English and Spanish
- Previous leasing or property management experience is preferred, but not required
- Entry-level candidates with strong customer service, sales, hospitality, or retail experience are encouraged to apply
- Friendly, professional, and confident communication skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with prospective and current residents
- Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using computers and learning property management software
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Must be available to work weekends – weekend availability is REQUIRED
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist prospective and current residents
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and leasing inquiries
- Conduct property tours and explain community amenities and features
- Follow up with prospective residents and assist with the leasing process
- Process rental applications and assist with lease paperwork
- Maintain accurate resident and prospect records
- Assist residents with questions and requests
- Help maintain the leasing office and community presentation
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the resident experience
- Communicate effectively with residents in both English and Spanish
What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who is friendly, dependable, professional, and eager to learn. Previous apartment leasing experience is a plus, but we are open to training the right entry-level candidate with strong customer service and communication skills.
Bilingual English/Spanish fluency is required. Weekend availability is also required for this position.
