<p>We are seeking a Project Manager/Assistant Project Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for the management of multiple ongoing construction projects.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Direct communication with General Contractors for each project</li>
<li>Attend jobsite meetings</li>
<li>Release equipment orders for projects and track the status of orders</li>
<li>Assemble submittals for projects</li>
<li>Maintain communication with onsite employee supervisors</li>
</ul>
<p>​<strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in construction - preferably HVAC and Plumbing</li>
<li>Strong project management skills</li>
<li>Strong analysis and critical thinking skills</li>
<li>Deadline and detail-oriented</li>
<li>Strong leadership qualities</li>
<li>Organizational skills are very important</li>
