• Collect monthly financial reporting packages (financial statements, general ledger detail, bank reconciliations, rent rolls, and supporting schedules) from third-party property management companies for each property owned by UDG.
\n
• Review each package for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with UDG accounting policies before loading into UDG's owner-level accounting system.
\n
• Input and reconcile third-party financial data into UDG's system of record, ensuring the general ledger reflects an accurate and complete picture of each property's financial position.
\n
• Identify discrepancies, missing information, or unusual entries in property manager packages and follow up directly with the property management accounting teams to resolve them timely.
\n
• Maintain document retention and workpapers supporting each month's close to ensure a clean, audit-ready trail.
\n
Variance Analysis & Asset Management Support

\n
• Support Asset Management in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual portfolio reporting packages for ownership, investors, and lenders.
\n

\n
Books & Records Integrity
\n
• Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations for assigned properties, ensuring cash, escrow, reserve, and intercompany balances tie out between UDG's system and property manager records.

\n
• Support internal and external audits, tax return preparation, and lender/investor reporting requests with accurate, well-documented financial data.
\n
