Property Accountant (Commercial)- HYBRID SCHEDULE
A well established real estate investment and management firm is seeking a Commercial Property Accountant to join its growing accounting team. The organization specializes in retail shopping centers and manages a large, diverse portfolio. Youll be joining a collaborative and tenured accounting team within a stable organization, offering strong onboarding, ongoing support, and a culture that values connection through regular team events and social activities.

- PerformCAMreconciliationsandrelatedanalysis
- Reviewandinterpretleaseagreements(noabstractingrequired)
- Partnerwithpropertymanagersandownershiponbudgeting,reporting,andissueresolution
- Handleongoingfinancialanalysisandadhocprojects
Required:
- 35+yearsofcommercialpropertyaccountingexperience
- RetailrealestateexperienceREQUIRED
- ExperiencewithCAMreconciliations
- FamiliaritywithMRIorYardi
- Abilitytomanagemultiplepropertiesanddeadlines
