Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent or 5-7 years of equivalent experience
- 3 - 5 years of industrial maintenance experience or cement industry experience
- Strong communication skills (written and oral)
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong mechanical aptitude
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise mechanical maintenance activities
- Systematic inspections of all assigned plant equipment
- Analysis of data collected and initiate appropriate maintenance work orders
- Improve plant mechanical and infrastructure equipment
- Provide technical support for plant activities and the maintenance functions
