Job Title: Maintenance Technician at a Medical Manufacturing company
7AM-3:30PM Monday-Friday up to $32/hr
Will require gowning up to enter cleanrooms to work on some of the equipment. We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to maintain and ensure the optimal functioning of our manufacturing equipment. The role involves performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and installation tasks on various machinery including injection mold machines, chillers, cooling towers, pumps, conveyors, dryers, and hydraulic systems. Additionally, the technician will support general facilities maintenance tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues in production machinery efficiently.
- Execute equipment repairs and adjustments to restore functionality and minimize downtime.
- Log maintenance and repair activities following internal quality control procedures.
- Set up, configure, and program manufacturing equipment for moderately complex production tasks.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to extend equipment lifespan and ensure consistent operation.
- Conduct internal calibration of tools and devices to maintain accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor and manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and materials required for equipment servicing.
- Assist engineering teams with technical tasks involving mechanical and electronic systems.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems.
- Experience with preventive maintenance.
- At least 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
- Knowledge of automation and robotics, hydraulics.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Preferred: Two-year degree in Automation and Robotics, Mechatronics, or Electronics.
- Required: 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $32.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
