We are currently looking for motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our growing team as Residential Cleaning Technicians.

What You'll Do

• Perform residential cleaning services following company standards
• Complete recurring, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out, and specialty cleaning services
• Follow cleaning checklists and procedures
• Communicate professionally with team members and clients
• Maintain quality and attention to detail in every home
• Properly use cleaning products, tools, and equipment
• Report any client concerns, damages, or service issues immediately
• Help create a positive experience for every customer

• Cleaning experience is a plus, but not required. We provide training.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional cleaning experience required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a strong plus.
• Residential cleaning experience preferred.
• Experience with recurring cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, or commercial cleaning is a plus.
• Customer service experience is a plus.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• Occasional Saturdays when needed
